Welcome! We are happy to have you join us! Below is a bit of info that you may find helpful.

We are located at 1942 Lehigh Avenue, Suite D in Glenview, IL 60026. Please park along the south end of the parking lot. See image below.

Please click the link and print and fill out the W-9 form. You will need two forms of i.d. as stated in the form. A drivers license/state id, and your social security card will work or to learn of other options please read the information on the W-9 form. Please bring these items the first time that you come to work.

If you are under the age of 15 years old, you will need to get a work permit from your school. You will need a letter from us stating what type of work and the number of hours per week you will work. Please email us and we can send you a letter for you to take to your school. This needs to be completed prior to your start date. 


Please fill out the Staff Contact Info Form. This form asks for your basic info as well as your emergency contacts. We keep this information on file.

Dress comfortably, but professionally, as we are running a business. Please do not wear t-shirts, ripped jeans and/or crop tops. Always have multiple layers in the event that we need to shoot outside. Wear or have comfortable shoes if we are going to be shooting outside. 
 

Cell phones need to be put away and turned off. 
 

Please bring your lunch, we have a refrigerator, freezer and microwave.
 

Please be mindful of others and do not wear perfume or cologne to work :)
