On-line Image Gallery
After your photo session, we will select a set of the best shots and make them available to you to view in an online image gallery, typically within a couple weeks of your shoot. This will give you the opportunity to mark your "favorites" and share the gallery with family and friends.
The online gallery has a simple shopping cart that is great for out-of-town family members and friends that are looking to order prints from your session.
In-Studio Ordering Session
When you schedule your photo shoot, we recommend scheduling your ordering session as well. During our peak season (September - December), ordering session times fill up very quickly :)
Prior to the ordering session, we ask that you review the images in your online gallery. Please mark your favorite images in your online gallery - simply click the star button, and you will be prompted to enter your email address so that your "favorites" can be saved. By marking your "favorites" this gives us a chance to prepare for your ordering session, ensuring an efficient use of time during your ordering session.
Ordering sessions are available Monday through Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm in our Glenview studio and are typically scheduled for forty-five minutes. If you think you may need to schedule more than forty-five minutes, please let us know when scheduling your ordering session and we can plan accordingly. Remember to schedule your ordering session for a time that is appropriate for everyone in your decision-making party.
If you need a weekend ordering session, please notify us when you book your session as these times are limited and typically book up very quickly.
We ask that all orders be placed during the ordering session.
Ordering Options
There are a variety of ways to display your images at home that we will go over together during your ordering session. We have a large selection of framing options with which we can design anything from a single piece to an entire wall of images.
Our gallery wrap canvases make wonderful art-pieces for your home and have a genuinely classic feel. We also offer various albums which are a great option for those who do not have a lot of available wall space for framed pieces or for when there are many "favorite" images and you would like to display them all.
If you're thinking of ordering framed pieces or canvas wraps, please measure the areas in your home where you would like to display them, as rough estimates can be deceiving. It is a great idea to take a digital photo of each space where you would like to display a piece! By emailing us your images or bringing your camera into the studio, you will be giving us a better idea as to where and how you would like your pieces to be displayed. We can also get a feel for the color, scale and design of your space.

We are known for our holiday cards! We have unlimited options for holiday cards, from simple full-bleed flat cards to folded multiple page cards and much more!
If you are a past Nicole Thomas Photography client, we can look up your past year’s holiday card quantity and make adjustments to this quantity as needed. New clients, please check into the quantity of cards you will need prior to the ordering session. Cards are available in intervals of 25, with a minimum of 50 cards per order.
