UPDATE YOUR PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT AT NSPA RESILIENCE 2022 on Thursday, October 20, 2022
Nicole Thomas Photography has paired with NSPA at Hilton Chicago to offer you discounted professional headshot photography sessions. Make a great first impression by looking your best with a new headshot! These sessions will take place on-site at the NSPA’s Resilience 2022 Conference at the Chicago Hilton in room PDR3.
Choose your image immediately following the session to ensure you get the perfect shot!
Whether for business or personal use, it is important to keep your headshot current. We specialize in professional digital portraits for corporate websites, business networking services, social networking, resumes and anywhere else you have an online presence.
These discounted professional headshot sessions are $75 (plus tax) per person and include one professionally retouched high resolution digital image. Additional retouched high resolution images can be purchased for $75 each.
WHAT KIND OF BACKGROUND CAN I CHOOSE?
We will have options for both bright white or gray. If you have any special requests, please let us know when you sign up by making a note in the notes section.
HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION TAKE?
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled headshot time. Allow for about twenty minutes or so of availability from your selected photography session. This will allow time to get photographed, select your favorite headshot, and discuss any retouching or cropping notes you might have. Please note, headshot sessions are scheduled back to back. If you arrive late, you may have to wait until another available time slot opens up, as there is no way to make up for lost time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY RETOUCHED IMAGE?
Retouching time is approximately two weeks from the date of your headshot. Once your image is retouched, we will send an email to you with a download link of your retouched digital image. We will send your image in both high and web resolution. If you need your image quicker please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
MAY I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE IMAGE?
You can order as many images as you would like. Many of our clients prefer to have several images, maybe one for social media another for their website, etc. If you feel like you would like to do an outfit change or need a bit of additional time for a second image, please feel free to email us or make a note in the notes section when you sign-up. If you don’t want to change outfits we can simply shoot on several different backgrounds which will give you another look without changing clothing. The cost for an additional image is $75.00 (plus tax).

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL
We understand plans can change. If your selected time slot no longer works for your event schedule, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can move you to another available time slot. Alternatively, you can use the booking application below to change your scheduled headshot time. If you need to cancel your headshot entirely, there will be a $20.00 cancel fee. Please notify us via email or phone and we will refund you headshot minus the cancelation fee. If you fail to show up for your headshot, we will not be able to refund you.
